Has anyone mentioned goverment bonds as an alternative to loans?
Goverment bonds may bring about a more dynamic interaction between players in the financial arena.
Loans at the momment are uncontrolable in target, bonds could introduce a level where players could lend or borrow to each other selectively with costs fixed by the parties.
