I think that in order to build up a military there should be military recruitment centers that should be built like the back to work schools.

Good idea. Maybe that could be targeted toward non-traditional military personnel, like women, older age groups, or limited service/non-combat eligible/civilian military positions.

That group could maybe also double as the workers used for relief resources teams, instead of having to take workers directly from corporation hiring.

@Accordin- As it should be. Making a buildup harder will also stimulate more diplomacy in this game when making it in the interest of the player to particapate in feds and verbal agreements with nearby countries.
