Yes its old news and GM's seem reluctant for more change but as it is PvP war is all but dead.
A few inactives and c3's for war lvls.

I still believe the old way was in part good. It made for great interaction from players which now seems dead also.

Whats wrong with a return to war for anyone that is out of war protection again?

Use war lvls for ppl to learn.

Make WP useful..if you want to declare war..you lose WP on everything except a main, not just what you choose to war with.

Bring back something of the game a lot of ppl enjoyed yet still leave a safeguard of Wp for those that dont
