The feature to reduce cash levels of SC$ in State corporations (including National Industries) should be restored. It used to be available and was deleted. Enterprises are still able to use the feature as copied below, though the amount was increased from about 30B SC$ to 60B SC$.

The suggestion is to restore the feature to allow reduction of cash levels of SC$ for State corporations by countries. Thank you.
