If someone buys a country owned company and moves it the country sells all its shares

Also a problem imho: It's impossible for a country to regain control over a corporation it lost control of due to having less shares than the new owner. That is quite bad. The restriction that a country can only buy shares of a corporation it controls (inside the country) should not apply to corporations that were founded in that country and/or used to be under that country's control.

what if when you move it the extra cost of the shares were added in
so you pay 5B or 5% plus all the country shares

Looking at it, I'd guess that the shares that were held by an enterprise account were possibly deleted, instead of being released to the market.

Have you contacted the owner of that country to see if they'll sell some shares?

I tried no response. Maybe the gamemaster should just close these companies.
FM02 100% shares for country yet it don't reside there. 10% hiring and now 1 loan. It does not make it any sense
probably to late to buy from the brink now
its been like this for like ever

That corporation is "owned" by this country. It probably was enterprise controlled, then the enterprise sold, then the new owner shut it down (canceled) it, but regardless, the shares were set to 1% target ownership a long time ago. Did you try to just place a bid on it?

bid says buy shares
but why does it say
For Steve Ryan Only 8,566,803 100.00 % -4,444.16 SC$ 428,340 SC$
I bought one that had no cash and it went to 60B loans

OK, going to try nationalizing it, since it's actually in another country currently owned. If it works, or if some shares can be pulled out of it from a an enterprise, will pledge to give you control of it later. Will report back shortly..

Nationalization didn't work:

"Buy some shares of FMU02
FMU02 is a Public Corporation controlled by Four Seasons.
You can buy shares of this corporation and become the major share holder."

Selling from the country who owns the shares:

"In this initial offer, you cannot offer more than 171,336 shares."

It seemed to work..

" Share sales offer created.
You will receive a chat message when these shares are sold."

Says this now:

"Sell some shares of FMU02

You own 8,566,803 shares of FMU02. The market price for these shares is 0.05 SC$.

The market price for these shares is 0.05 SC$.
After the last share trade session, the Demand was 2,570,041 shares.
The were no shares offered for this corporation.

You already offered 171,336 shares on the market."

It's near 'Maintenance Mode" now..so just need to wait if this actually worked.
