Dock Availability (Little Upsilon)

1) There should be some sort of option to terminate a lease (or set a definite end period) so that Lessee's can be evicted.

2) Docks and leases belonging to players whose accounts have expired for a few weeks should be terminated if they are not already. I see a dock or two belonging to players who've left months ago.

3) The gamemaster should offer more unowned docks for sale or lease, or eliminate the requirement to own a dock to purchase products in space. The latter is preferable.

Agree.

The lease could simply be like a contract "which shall stay in effect so long as both parties agree", just like other Simcountry contracts. Someone can figure out a reasonable way to do it without having them go on indefinitely, haha.

And, here are the ridiculous number of 'docks' sitting around in 'Gamemaster' control, neither able to lease nor buy.

Yeah whats with that? I hate when I gotta dock and theres no docks for lease, yet I look at all those GM docks that are totally empty and its like "OK SERIOUSLY???"
