Everytime i try to buy something, it takes months and months to come, Everything is in red, and their appears to be a shortage of all products, Surely something has to be done by now?

Because for a long time, shortages did not matter except to control prices. So everyone built FMU, electric power, oil, and a few other things I don't remember. The GMs sculpted the economy on these lines to match because "everything was going great".

Then they decided on their world specific products and weakened the process that held things in magical happy supply land significantly. You saw how effective it was in the past, there were no shortages.

So they pulled off some of the stops, made the handouts less, and now we might be heading to what could be called a real economy, circa 2003.

It's been active for about a month, and it's running fine and in most cases people are making a profit.

If you really need it, just switch it to immediate order. Don't worry about the FMU. If almost everything goes into shut down constantly, you may want to review your trade strategies.

Besides it's perfectly realistic, versus supplies appearing out of thin air (which they shouldn't). Just like the real world, if a certain type of chip is unavailable or LCD screen, no iPhone for the masses. They go on a waiting list.

It's nice to have a portion of the game go back to when it was a lot more fun, rather than so simplistic you're essentially logging in to be given money and gold coins by the developers.
