You can set your garrison levels of supply to huge numbers if that helps.
If its really an issue, you need to set up more supply units.

Supply unit priorities depend on the needs of the units. The unit that has the largest shortage will be supplied first.

more supply units will indeed solve the problem.

the quality is the average of the weapons or ammunition.
if you have there 100 pieces of ammunition of some type at average quality 100 and a supply unit delivers 100 more at quality 150, you will end up with 200 pieces of ammunition at quality 125.

upgrading will increase the quality of course and buying ammunition at a high quality, will help too.

The averages are more complicated if you had 100 and received another 2000. It is computed as a weighted average.
(100*100 + 2000*150)/2100=147.6

Tom while you are here, can someone remove the loss of Q of weapons/ammo from the time its purchased to the time it is in a unit or garrison?

If I buy weapons/ammo at Q250, and my supply units are Q250, I dont see why the weapons/ammo should lose any Q while in transit!

yeah well I had supply units supply garrisons with like 2 ammo meanwhile the air units were out of drones. It would be nice if we could like order the supply units to go where we need em
instead all being automated
