i wish they would add terrorisim to the game somehow and for countries to be able to send special forces or something to deal with them and to have there be diffrent cells in diffrent countries.also i think they should add deisel subs since most countries in the real world have them it would be avalible for free members alowing members cheaper was of expanding there fleets.

Terrorism might add a new facet to the gameplay, but I think it would open up an ideological can of worms. Maybe.

Possibly maclean, though there are many different types of terrorist with different causes. It is only recently that everyone has become obsessed with one type in particular.
The game could perhaps have differing types of terrorists with differing targeting strategies, resources or other abilities depending on their ideology. Another element could be in detection of terrorists maybe some kind of intelligence agency, different terrorists could have differing resistance to detection.
Nationalist/Resistance Terror - Various possible options here, perhaps more common after taking a country. Strong resources, Low resistance to detection.
Access to semi & auto weapons as such they can induce military casualties (Wounded & Dead).
Targets key infrastructure, damages transportation, factories for example.
Civilian casualties lower.
Racial/Religious Terror - Various fundamentalist organisations. Moderate resources, Moderate detection resistance.
Mainly targets civilians, large numbers of civilian casualties and damage to capitals & cities in particular with some damage in smaller settlements.
Lone Wolf Terror - General group includes general nutcases. Lower resources, High detection difficulty, lack of associates makes them hard to identify and track.
Again targets civilians especially particularly easy targets such as schools or hospitals.
I am sure people could come up with other suggestions too.

The espionage or sabotage idea would be a useful addition to the game when waging wars, I wish I had something like that right now of the empire i'm fighting against.

That would be interesting, and add an equivilant new defence program also. Namely counterintelligence perhaps it could be like a seperate category almost like with building armies however instead of just weapons their strengths would be determined by equipment of various kinds.
Of course the offensive espionage services could be handled in a similar way with units set up and equipped with various items.

Fine. Then we'll have biological warfare, suicide bombers, players cursing each other's politics, religion, and worldview. Sounds like a plan to really increase the friendly interaction in the game. How about we add ethnic and racial cleansing? Concentration camps? Gulags? Just how "realistic" do you all want it?

although this is sim country we are much more sane and practical then the rest of the world so i dont think people would bother with killig their own population but still some good ideas

Perhaps pychological warfare...? cable TV corps increase imagration in your country while prommoting emigration from the counties the product is sold to.
