Could we get the visual impact of the games portal pages to be looked at. For years its been virtually unchanged. It seems to me the look would not be enticing to anyone looking to join a game. It really is out-dated, colour schemes, layout, wording, the lot.
I know at least Laguna, and probably more, have said this before. A bright lively front page sells your paper, sells your game, check with any marketing person. And I would be happier showing friends of mine what I spend a lot of my time doing, as it is they say "that looks boring".
I dont know, but a web designer cant be so expensive as to be prohibitive if you dont do that in house W3C. Hell, I bet there are even players here who would volunteer and are good at it.
