James the fair (Little Upsilon) | Monday, October 31, 2011 - 12:02 pm Current List of defensive weapons Fortification Military Airport Military Base Anti aircraft missile batteries Missile interceptor batteries Defensive missile batteries Amoured vehicles Helicopters Interceptors Jeeps Light artillery Light tanks Navy missile batteries Navy missile interceptor batteries Destroyers Nuclear defense batteries Radar planes Eliminate.... Defnsive missle batteries or Missile interceptor batteries as these 2 weapons are nearly identical to each other. Same with the Navy missile batteries or the Navy missile interceptor batteries as these 2 weapons are also nearly identical to each other as well. Also Eliminate Amoured vehicles and light artillery as the light tanks can be your main weapon for defending your Capital etc.., while the jeeps can be good in a supply unit for cheap maintenance. In my theory this will eliminate 4 defensive weapons altogether as there's far too many weapons in this game as i've been speaking to a new player as he can't understand the different defensive weapons here and what they exactly do in this game. |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Monday, October 31, 2011 - 08:24 pm James, DMB and MIB are very different. DMB respond by attacking the launch system, MIB by intercepting the incoming missile. Ths same is true for navy equivalents. Garrison composition needs to be thought out with a mixture of these and AAMB. You could maybe argue that one or two of the defensive ground systems could be eliminated, but again they have their uses to slow down enemy ground attack. Earning yourself time is crucial in PvP war. It is maybe a bit hard to work them all out initially but thats like all elements of the game and soon enough anyone will understand it. Please dont advocate things that might dumb down the game, reduce clicks - sure, dumb down - uh uh. |
