Remove newby bonus from finance index (White Giant)

i think for your finance index the newby bonus should not be factored into it. i would be losing money every month exept for the bonus. yet my finance index ism 157. wile this is temporary it makes the index inacurate wile setting up your country. so you know if your going to be sustainable once your off the new status.

Yeah, good idea. Its not wise to lure new players in believing that their economy is solid when 3/4 of the cash is injected from IMF/World bank (hello there Greece).
