Disasters (Golden Rainbow)

what if we had other disasters like floods, and hurricanes, and tornadoes
floods would wash away cars and cause goods damage
hurricanes and tornadoes would trash some housing
and what if there was some icon thing that what show up on the map
and the disasters would get names

Been suggested before. GMs said they would add it, but never bothered.
