De-Upgrading of Corps (White Giant)

Effectivity upgrades increase the need for high tech engineers, which we all know are in short supply, whilst quality upgrades increase maintenance cost and makes it harder to get the 96 FMUs per month needed.

The upgrades if anything should decrease the need for workers and should lower costs because of better, stronger equipment in my opinion

Over all effectivity upgrading DOES decrease the number of workers required. More lower level workers free to train up to hgher level for more good corps. So overall you get more corps for your population which should give you greater profit.
