Re-Education Academies (Little Upsilon)

Re-Education Academies- allows a president to order the re-education of LL, ML, and HL workers to same-level managers, and managers to HT, Ed, and Med professionals. Number ordered re-educated per gamemonth counts toward the max number of professions you can currently change per gamemonth (100,000). Re-education from workers to managers takes 2 gamemonths, from managers to professionals takes 4 gamemonths.

Go to Public Vote and vote yes if you'd like to have this type of option added.

This is what education is for. This pretty much makes C3s that have been raided OverPowered

they just need to reduce the amount of LLW-HLW that come out.

20 are LLW
15 are MLW
8/9 are HLW the rest are based on your indexs

(granted these arent the real numbers but prob close) they need to tweak these and stuff will fix itself
