Cash Market - Player owned Corporation Sales

I'd like to see the cash market expand. Allow player to sell individual corporations. The gamemaster can decide how many corporations can be listed at the same time. Perhaps as many as 10.

Cost struction for buyer:

1) Cost of corporation paid to seller
2) 10 billion fee to the gamemaster
