Game level 4 requires either war level 1 or a high defense index, but according to the documentation game level 3 requires the defense index no matter what. It would be real nice if game level 3 could require either war level 1 or the defense index. |

It is always either the defense indexes (some times both defensive and defense)
OR
the war level.
If you encounter a problem in the game or a document stating differently, please let us know.

You said to tell you where, so here it is:
If you display a country, then select Documentation, then Game Features, and then Game Levels & Requirements, it states that the requirements for game level 3 follows what I said.
Thanks for the info that it is the same for all levels. I will ignore that error in the documentation. |

i can't go to level 4 because i don't want to pay the GM?
that's no fun in that, i already spending too much of my valuable times here to make this game fun  |
