An issue with corporate contracts

Every time I go to offer contracts from a new corp on the common market, what happens is all of my other corps have already offered 100%. So when I go to make new contract offers, it ends up having the new corp offer 100%, and all my other corps offer 200% because they have already offered their full production. I think that you should block corporations from offering more than their full production because it will make life easier for the owner.

I would also like the supply contracts to be smarter. Like give the players an option to have the contract self-update itself, based on the need of the corp or country that is getting these supplies.
