There should be the option to send LL workers to whatever other job you wanta give em!
Keep the house wives go back to work schools and add another for LL workers, with an option of what they will be graduated as! ie high tech engineers or seniors.
Way easier than trading workers and makes more sense too!

Universities aren't tailored to specific job markets desired by the President. They are dependent on education priorities as a whole, so run the gamut.

Yeah, and they should all have CVs, obtain references and show experience.
Senior doctors should come only from your doctor types. And officers? MLM? Where would we be if all our officers were just MLM? Oh, wait...dont answer that.

I wouldn't be averse to the proposal - but using the same template as the back to work schools/housewives would make the universities a thing of the past.

A scholarship school of some type - paid for out of country funds, not the enterprises, could add a fraction or more of a point in education priority, as an example. (with caps of course). That could provide a needed boost in worker sectors in the short and long term education process.
