Salary boosters

Could the salary boosters be made to decrease salaries at an enhanced rate as well as the current increasing salaries. Particularly for enterprises.

Radically changing salaries depending on countries suddenly being de-regged, bought, registered or whatever would be much easier and potentially profitable if this was the case. After all, the boosters are a GC each anyway.

So how about it Andy? Enhanced decreasing of salaries with the salary booster as well as increasing?
