When I buy a company share and when it give out dividend, the system make it as a kind of lost (dividend that give out when the company have too much cash)or tax (regular dividend) and I found that to make no sense.
Dividend of a company in real world will only change the cash level of the company and the value of the company (for listed company: market value of company - total amount of dividend)and will not create any kinds of losses.
