Update Forum Layout

These forums are so crudely put together and such that it should definitely be on the to-do list.

Quite a few sites have better forums; the best forum layout I can find is at

whatifsports.com

The forums have so many options and easy usability that could serve as a model.

It is(on the to-do list), be patient. Andy has announced it several times.

Whenever the new forum comes, I would like to able use LaTeX to go full math nerd on these guys.
