Way to read your sent messages

Don't know if im being an idiot and we already have this but if not then it is definately needed.

If you mean like having an inbox and an outbox like a mobile phone, then no we don't have an outbox to let you know of what you've sent before. I agree with you and I think this should be another little addition for the game.
