So I was playing a rather old game (Supreme Ruler 2020), and noticed that it had a budget function to assist families in raising children, which promotes family growth. I am wondering whether the implementation of such a feature could be added, or presently exists. It would work like this, they're will be a base (or default) price that will exist, and the president can increase or decrease the amount put into that department. I hope you can think about my suggestion, and implement it into the game.

The only function that resembles this is health care.
If you improve health care, people live longer, children do not die and the population growth is a bit faster.

maybe there should rather be another new section like 'child-care', countries in RL do have higher pop-growth rates if they have a good 'child-care' System, many kindergardens so parents can get back to work sooner...

Well, I guess for now there are 3 ways:
1. Buy Pop for GC - Fastest way to increase Pop but cost GC
2. Increase Health - Mediocre way to increase Pop
3. Increase all Indexes to get Migration - real small effect on Pop

Add day cares to the high schools to help take care of all the new babies and increase graduation rates! I say having every school in each grouping fully stocked with day care facilities nets you bonus priority points! (<-- sarcasm)
(Note, last time I checked my old high school had 3 full time care givers (And a still abysmal drop out rate :( ))
