i know in my federation we like the activity that comes with having 15 or so active players and another 10 that stop in and say hello... however this desire to be in a federation with many players must also contend with the desire to have a large empire.... as it is now with a 25 country limit in a federation we cannot have many players with empires in the same federation which makes me sad... 
.... i would like it if this could be changed... perhaps a 25 PLAYER limit rather then country?.... maybe no limit? but having a country limit for federations ethier trivializes the empire building part of the game or the being in a federation with other people not just your own countries
