Why use expensive grade 330 instead of dummy rounds, cheap low-grade smoke canisters, and VR training pods?

Training equipment at a cheap price w/ or w/o fighting levels effects? Anyone? Yay or nay and why?

I actually made this suggestion once.

Great suggestion and I completely agree with it. It makes great sense and would save our countries a substantial amount of money and improve our economies without the cost of any gold coins. Therefore we will never see this happen.
