I should immediately be able to move my Corporation no matter how recently it was moved or created.
Especially since the Country's new conditions cause my Corporations employment to immediately tank regardless of Salaries.
On that note, my workers should not flee my Corporation if my Salary is superior. Workers should be fleeing from the Corporations with the lowest salary...
Finally, if the Game knows a Country is going to Become C3 controlled under the 40 month time frame it takes for my Corporation to move again, it should NOT show up in the list of Countries to build in.
