Change Stealth Bombers

I had a thought. Since the Stealth are so powerful and much harder to destroy the GM should change them to be Strategic weapons. That way they operate out of strategic bases instead of offensive bases.

This means a player would be able to destroy the Strategic airbases and with non left all the stealth wings would shut down. Giving more options other then just trying to blow them all part.

I would argue that they are no more powerful than their cost. I think the change was needed and see nothing that would suggest they are a strategic weapon.
