How the way the war levels work at the moment, I have thought of yet another suggestion that could work better than the current system. I think the war levels should depend on your defence index rather than the thought of eliminating them.

In terms of how the way war works, I think the defence indexes should be about the same as the other player at the start of the war of where the odds would be around 50-50 and are in the same war level. This I thought, would make the game much more fairer and attract many new players as a result of it.

Also to encourage players to go up the war levels is by rewarding players gold coins at the end of every real month depending on their war level, and that war level will depend on the size of their military. The higher the war level, the more gold coins you will receive. This is just an example of how the system would work.

War level 0, defence index 0-10, 0 gold coins

War level 1, defence index 11-20, 1 gold coin

War level 2, defence index 21-30, 2 gold coins

War level 3, defence index 31-50, 15 gold coins

War level 4, defence index 51-70, 35 gold coins

War level 5, defence index 71-100, 50 gold coins

and so on.....

In federations, a federation war level will be introduced that will depend on all the players defence indexes combined. However this federation war level would act as a temporary war level for all members involved which would take priority over their own war levels.

We do not think that this is a good idea to implement.

Im inclined to agree with Andy here

a feature like this could be GREATLY misused, and i could seeing have a large amount of repercussions

Thanks for replying Andy, I respect your decision on this and same to you SS. However, even I can see the problems with this now and of how much misuse and cheating there would be if this was implemented.

Although I think the defence index idea is still good of where the odds are about 50-50 from the start of the war could work, but I do understand of the misuse of it such as where an experienced player with a large army could reduce it to the size of a less experienced player with a smaller army, just so he can declare war on that player. So I thought one way to stop this is by not allowing any player to sell or destroy weapons in a country.

I suppose that awarding gold coins to experienced players with a large army would give them an even bigger advantage than they do now.

In terms of a federation war level, I thought this could have worked as everyone would have the chance to strike together against other players of that same war level. Even that I can see that the most powerful player of a fed can attack the weakest player in an enemy fed.
