what about adding some millionaire and billionaire CEO to the game to add some dynamics?

You mean something like NPC-CEOs?
Sorry but I dont Support that idea as we allready have NPC-State Corps in the NPC Countries.

However, if would be quite amazing to actually see the idea, I support it, it would be an interesting change.

Also I think there should be a headquarters for a CEO which could be based in any of the countries in this game of where you could have the ability to upgrade it for example and other options for it as well such as expanding the corps limit etc.

In terms of your millionaire/billionaire CEO, I think that a millionaire CEO should only be continent based, depending on where you have your headquarters, while a billionaire CEO can expand and build corps anywhere in the world.

nice idea some the npcs could put hq in any country they want but have to get approval of ones with presidents and they could give you slight benefits if they got a HQ in your country
