Calling Loans...

I offered up 4 trillion dollars in loans to the game world (you guys know what I mean) and I was wondering if there was a way to call back my money. I didn't mean to offer so much money... I want some cushion back in my finances.

You can retract the offer as long as no one has received the loan yet, but if someone has, you have to wait until they pay back.
