OK... when you join the game, you get the invitation to become either a President or a CEO. I love share dealing etc, so took the CEO route.

What I did not know is that CEOs are second class citizens and there is no parity between these 2 early options. The biggest one to me - and hence this suggestion - is that there are no routes up from level ONE!!

I understand even a basic member as a President can go up a level or two. Why not the same for CEOs? There are many indexes, cash limits, number of corporations etc that could be used.

The reason I've been thinking along these lines is because of the ratings system. I am now the top ranked level 1 CEO on LU. But if you have similar indexes to me but have level 2, 3 or more, then you score more points. So all the Presidents turned CEO out there have a huge advantage on the ratings scale. That's not fair, so give me some targets so I can proceed!

It is true.
there should be game levels for CEO only players but it is not very simple because once you do have a country, the game level depends both on your countries and enterprises.

Probably it is a result of the original thinking when the game was created, assuming that some will play presidents and some will play both.
