End weapon discrimination on WG

It seems that the more connected players who use the space system are the only ones that the WG weapon creation limitation helps. If a country wants to really defend itself then they need to be connected to people who can get them weapons on a regular basis in some world like WG. So with me, laser guided bombs are consistently needed because my units blow through them for practice. Stealth bombers are one of the few retaliatory weapons available. I can make the bombers on WG but no the bombs. I think we should either ban the use and making on a world, or make it equitable for each side to get and keep weapons. Space transport is a cost not associated in the weapon cost and therefore not profitable to sell weapons.

Also can we put the "Add a new Conversation" button on the top please.

Some weapons are indeed just a little harder to get but you can produce them yourself or purchase them on a space station.

We would like to keep some differences between weapons and ammo and the way they are purchased or produced.
