So after seeing all these great updates i have to make this suggestion. Now ive said this before and im gonna say it again, We need NAVAL transport units!! I wanna be able to send my troops to places on boats :D

I want to see those naval transport units too instead of transporting them by air all the time. However, I've got my own idea when it comes to federations and common markets.


Common market options......

Allow population of all professions to migrate between member states

Evenly distribute wealth automatically between member states

Shared supplies (non military) between member states


Federation options......

Shared weapon stockpiles between member states

Shared ammo stockpiles between member states

Member states cannot declare war on other players


These options should be in the form of tick boxes of whether to allow these functions or not. It could certainly encourage much more interaction between the players and the new ones to stay on the game longer.

Waging wars

Also I think in how the way wars are fought, war points should only be scored for occupying towns, cities etc. by sending army units into them after the enemies defences has been taken out. This will take an attacker a while to capture enough of them in order to win the war, since winning a war is about occupying another country, rather than just blowing them all up all the time. However, this could give the defender much more time to defend themselves and counter attack much more if the attacker has not organized enough specialized army units for occupation.

I think all of James' ideas are very good ones. I am puzzeled by the lack of interaction possible within empires and the lack of reward for building the empire up.

Initially we thought that these should be the first to be implemented.
somehow technical issues convinced us otherwise.
