coming back after few years and starting a corp i notice the same thing

30-40% of the AI countries can't keep a stable labor force for more than 2 game years

higher than gov salaries don't work, 30-40 game months delay for free move is to long

if the game wouldn't be so annoying in this aspect maybe more people would have enterprises or generally play the game.

CEO players have historically been at a serious disadvantage from day 1, and I know since I've played that long. I'd say they are better off now, but it could be better. W3C has always tried to improve this situation by "improving" ceo/president relations, and adding features that are supposed make ceo/president relations far more rewarding than going it alone. There are two problems with this:

Oh well, I guess W3C didn't approve of my dissection of the two problems. Shocker, I guess yall will be deprived of the nuggets on wisdom that were in this redacted post.

Enterprises make a lot of money to their owners.
increasingly so and some have discovered this and are making more money.

as corporations are potentially very profitable, we think that a larger percentage of the enterprise corporation turnover should be paid to the country, as it used to be some time ago.

increasing salaries is key to making sure you get the workers you need unless there are none in the country.
Depending on the population of the country there is of course a limit to the number of corporations it can sustain.

we see big differences in the profitability of both countries and enterprises, and of course, the profitability of corporations.

Some do much better tuning than others and make sure they optimize their corporations, and increase their welfare index.

There are many very profitable countries around.
