Weapon Grade Component HT employment excessive

I was looking at high tech corps to build when i realized that you need 3,600 high tech executives to run a Weapon Grade Component corp. This number rises to 4,000 with maxed out qual and efficiency upgrades. Now, i appreciate the employment benefits of such a corp, this seems REALLY excessive, particularly when a cargo shuttle corp (probably the most advanced corp in game) only requires 3000, and 95% of corps manage on less then 1000. This seams like something that needs re-balancing.

i think its fine different corps have different worker requirements and if you have good education hi tech corps like this can give a good economic boost
