Real Wars for Gold Coins!

If PvP was centered around obtaining a players #1 asset which is his/her gold coins...
it definitely would lead to more "real wars" and less fake wars.

It is true and we had it in the last.
However, it goes too far and people are then afraid to build larger assets in their empires.

we must protect one country.

being able to fight and possible get all the other countries is a challenge too.
