Advance the search option for Country search to build/move corp to

I think it would be nice if the search, that looks for a Country to build a corp in or move a corp to, would stop putting up countries that one has allready requested to build in or move a corp to. It happens to me quite often in the past few weeks whenever I tried to move a bunch of corps and/or build some.

further, your search criteria, like tax level, should be saved, you shouldn't have to type in 30%, every time
