If I could make one suggestion

Add hiring percent to profit/loss/cash page I like to occesionaly adjust my hire if I company is going into a slump due to market saturation I like to back off hiring till that improves(minimize loss) adding hring percent to the profit/loss page would help me do that better

You can achieve your goal by setting both hiring and production to "automatic." That works better than what you're suggesting because you wouldn't need to keep monitoring market conditions.

But if you still want to set a specific percentage for hiring, you already can do that too. These features don't appear on the finance page but appear on several other pages.
