LOANS

Can we make the loan market more like a market where we as players can shps for better interest rates. We also can give loans based on our own interest rates. I also want to be able to give loans to players and give them higher interest rates if i believe them to be a higher risk. I think this is reasonable.

I know there would be people who will take advantage but we need to expand on loans because people like myself have alot of cash on hand and many companies do not . I would like to help and give loans to others at lower interest rates and help players so they can have fun
