Financial Services

I looked through my profit/loss page, and in the Cash YTD tab, i saw one of the factors (under Cost of Infrastructure) was Financial Services, and it had it's own description. What are these for and how can I use it? Is it a new thing that you are still working on?

You probably saw it with enterprises.

This is a cost the enterprise is paying to the county where it resides.
