I was wondering if it could be possible for enterprises to be allowed to build more corps because right now I have over a thousand and can't build anymore which makes it much more difficult to have to buy shares.

If enterprises were allowed to build more corps it would benefit everyone in simcountry as there would gradually be more enterprise controlled corps in players countries.

I really would appreciate it if the GameMasters could consider this as it would make playing simcountry more fun thus a increase in purchases of premium membership.

Couple considerations for this. One, it is assumed as you get bigger you add more entities that can control even more corps. On LU, I have 2 enterprises and 10 countries and control about 4700 corporations. That is about 6.5% of all LU's corps. Making restrictions even more loose could lead to real squeezing out of competition. It could also challenge the balance of corporation control between countries and enterprises. A loosening of enterprise restrictions could warrant looking at making it easier and less costly for Presidents to privatize or otherwise choose to run their own corps.

Another thing you should be aware of is that it is increasingly difficult to profit from enterprise corps the more corps a single enterprise controls. This is due to how the mechanics of the enterprise tax works. I have advocated removing this tax or at least reworking it. It currently punishes attempts to make decent money from profitable enterprise corps.

Honestly, my view is that it is far more impressive to do well with a relative smaller number of corps than simply continuing to add more and more corps by repeating a strategy of building or bidding. I would rather the enterprise tax be looked at to reward a more careful management of corps for hard-working CEOs. Rewarding in this way will lead to more skillful CEOs who may be more welcome than CEOs who build or bid on a corp and have no time to review its success, since they have so many corps to tend to.

We don't currently have any plans to change these limitations.

It's always been a struggle for us to find the balance between giving single players the freedom to expand their power and influence, with the negative effect that this can have on smaller/new players.
