A interesting new booster

I think this would be an interesting Booster to improve the strategy in the game. " Above level upgrade" Allows you to build a corp that above your level by 1 for 5? gold for X turns. IE a player of lv3 could build a lv5 corp by buying 2 of these. The effect would expire in X months. The main idea about letting this run a few turn is the player would need to have the necessary pop to build more corps or suffer a shortage of workers. The strategy part of this would be in the planing and how bad you need the new corps. Would make it more interesting if it could be combined with "Build 3 Corporations per month" . The amount of time should be about 3 game months so you don't buy it and it expires if the game clock resets before you use it.

kind of cool, but purpose to game levels killing especially if stack able i would say it would make more sense as just same mechanic as the boosters for spending space. Then actually not to bad for new players in the game honsetly, i personally believe that this idea is (atleast to my recolection) pretty creative and good for newer players and honestly even free players (i believe free max level 2, with the booster you get a happy 3), but defiantly not for experienced players/longterm players, like the other boosters can be used.

1 GC to boost 1 game level of 1 country(yeah make it country specific) for max 1 per month.

Sheepman your reply is very interesting and makes some very good points.
However I was thinking about the players stuck at lv4 that do not wish to add a country or a ceo to advance to lv5. This way they could get the corps the need without being force to add something they do not wish to play. IE in my case I tried a CEO and did not like it, being a CEO was not entertaining for me. Like many others I play games for fun ...If I'm force to do something that not entertaining, just to advance to a new level that's boring. I stop playing when the game is not entertaining just like many others.

I was thinking this strategy/booster could be used my people that are entertain at the level their at. Yet need a few more corps in the upper levels to help build their nations.

Like I said you make very good points perhaps this could be modified to include all, and make the game more interesting/entertaining.

not bad overall, i would say just keep it one level, but honestly make almost like a superboost version, like 2 or 3 levels for 5 or so gold coins that last a month, so its more satisfying to levels and still keeps compromise with the game, since depending on the time/level bought the variables would have to be determined else then 1 gold coin method, it would be better to buy time/duration at set levels for atleast gold coins. like either by the 1 level or 2/3 level booster for amount of months. Could be useful really, since levels still prove for gold coins in all. As said this booster beats some of the current ones by far.

What do you think of this booster being used with "Boost Corporation Constructions" ?. Doing that would allow you to get 3 above their level corps at a time. This would require the user to do much planning before buying, so it could add to the strategy part of the game.

I was re-thinking about this perhaps you could bay a above level booster the normal way. Then applied it when needed on the build new corporation page. With 5 above level boosters could be use as you wish without a time limit. You may at level one use all 5 to buy a lv5 corp, or at level four use one to buy a lv5 corp.

This way if you select a above your level corp you wish to build you will get a message to use X number of above level upgrades points with a yes/no option. If you have to few or none a link could direct you to buy whats needed.
