Security Council Presidents

What do players think to rather than the best presidents being automatically added to the Security Council when they receive a #1 award at the moment they are added to the Presidents Hall of Fame and that Presidents who are added to the Hall of Fame are members of the Security Council for 5 months. That whoever from the UK, USA, France, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Australia, etc etc that has made the most in game cash and won the most wars in 12 game months gets added instead to the Security Council, you could maybe do it as the best player from a continent rather than a country. I think this would make it more interesting to see who it would be, it may work, it may not work, it may or may not even not be feasible given the mechanics of how it would be calculated, however, what do you think.....?

i know that in this game in age that its not always guaranteed that there will be quelified players from each zone which dont get me wrong more players can player from anywhere point being USA is a major game bias, alot of people(bias on simstatistic) play in USA, then its not specified locations, point being that would be major bias toward all the us players and all the us players to come. Not to mention any other area of "not specific" areas that people are in the same which of in which there is a large mass of players to contend with.

Not bad idea though. Its good idea to revamp security council i would say honestly. Just giving money and banning nukes isent really much at all. Yes i do agree it should also be more then just a #1 award, hard exactly to determine how but something more then that.
