Stealth needs expanded

I have an idea I'd like to toss out to you number crunchers. I like the free and auto attack in response to being attacked, but those are responses by attack/precision bomber wings essentially. Vis B-1, B-2, and the maybe the retired F-117. That falls short of a true stealth wing. Every super power has a stealth fighter in service or in testing. Wouldn't it make sense to add a few fighters to the wing and have them act as escorts ,or interceptors? They could have an undisclosed attack on the aggressor force before it reached the target.

If I may expand on this thought, is electronic warfare factored in air missions, and ground combat? Not trying to complicate things, but there's never a mission without an EAW component. Even the stealth 4th and 5th gen aircraft utilize them.
