By facilities I mean Airfields, Bases, Hospitals, Universities, Water Treatment, Roads and Train tracks.
A lot of corps are using facilities for production, yet Countries and Enterprises cannot buy them from or sell to those corps.

The game allows you to buy and sell contracts for things like Services, Maintenances, Recreations and Air Transport.

Most importantly you can buy and sell Navy Bases, so I know the code must be there to allow it for other structures.

This change would allow a strategic reserve of these and the ability to buy excess supplies.

Please comment on this idea.

It is not a bad idea and we have considered it several times.

The main problem is that trading in these facilities will cause changes in the defense index, health and education indexes.

It will also change employment numbers.

I do not think that trading should have such consequences.
