Air Units and Missiles Vs Ground Units

I would say nerf air units and missiles advantage over ground units. In real life air units cannot destroy entire army units as well with missiles so in this game their kinda OP and take away from the grand strategy.
In my opinion, ground units should be the best counter to other ground units. Individual units should be able to withstand more attacks from missiles and aircrafts.
Currently, having a massive army is to no benefit other than being used as a time consumer.
