Ability to give gold coins and game money to other presidents

Dear Andy,

I know the game allowed this in the past, but it was taken away due to abuses with multi-account players. Is there a way that we can do this where people can't cheat? Recently, there was a case of a player who needed help in trying to save their empire which had great debt. This player lost his job and couldn't afford to buy game money. I really wanted to help and didn't know how. :-( We can't always rely on the Security Council, because we have tightwads in the game. lol

Any suggestions?

For sure SC's need to stop being tightwads.
As for alternate options though...
CEO's could offer to buy any state corporations his nation may have to help relieve some expenses.

I'm not really experienced in the pvp here but If they have a large army that can be disbanded until his economy turns around other friendly states could agree upon a mutual defense pact. No idea if would or wouldn't actually be a deterrent.

That's my 2 cents sorry I cant offer more.

Buying some assets from that country is a good idea.
turning a bad economy around is now easier than ever before.

cutting cost and balancing your education will quickly improve your economy.
even better, closing unprofitable corporations and setting up natural resources corporations will help a lot in increasing your income.
These corporations are extremely profitable.

Asking for advise about how to become profitable will probably yield many good ideas everybody can learn from.

how about direct transfer to players can't there be a way.. buying up assest reduces the players total assest I guess.. there should be a way and also a way to control cheating

As the wicked lady said before,
we had this function and it was only used by players to set up a second account and transfer funds to that account.

I have no idea how to allow such transfers and prevent the misuse.

Put Restrictions on IP address
If both accounts uses the same IP address they wouldn’t be able to make any transfers

it is easy, - only allow people to gif money when they have more than e.g. 10T in positive cash. No new country will ever get that money.

People use many IP addresses.
It is not a solution.

how do you prevent a second account from a different IP, different user receiving money from an established account.

both could be the same player.
