i would simcountry to add an option where presidents are able to resarch theire own weopens for example you can build a plain and use weopon upgrades to make the weopons efficient

Very late response.

When you build a unit, with interceptors or fighters etc, you can upgrade the quality of the unit which will increase the quality of all the weapons in the unit.
