I don't know why this bothers me so much lol

Fixed means the cost would be fixed or the same every month. Like rent on a contract.

I propose we change it to Misc Property costs which would include things like lawn/property maintenance (which would vary), utilities (which vary due to usage) etc tax (where I live it's the same for the year but they raise it every year)

The term was used because other corporate costs depend on the production level of the corporation.
This one is not changing much and should change even less.

the reason for this is to convince corporate owners to try and increase production to 100% because then, the "fixed" cost becomes relatively low.

At low production levels, it can cause loses to the corporation.

Andy I get it.

It should be incentivized for players to have 100% production. Regardless it is still named incorrectly any cost that varies is NOT fixed.

I found the problem in the fixed cost.
I will fix it (and fix it) in one of the two next updates in the coming weeks. I am not sure it can make the next one.

Fixed cost should not fluctuate as it does now.
It will be fixed but there will be several cost levels depending on the size and quality level of the corporation.

so fixed cost will not change month to month but may make a jump, up or down, once the status of the corporation changes.

I will make the change before the next upgrade, probably Sept. 26 or 27.

We did not get to it as promised.
I am much closer to it right now and hope to implement it shortly.
